Main reason for choosing Plaza Hotel Capitole Toulouse: Location
We were travelling with an elderly lady with mobility problems and the night staff were superb in their handling of our very late arrival from London due to flight delays. They were sensitive to her needs and cheerful and willing in all that was asked. The night concierge, Aziz, was exceptional.
We would definitely choose to stay st the Crowne Plaza in future.
