Only 2 lifts, at certain times it took ages to get one (as on 9th floor couldn't use stairs as too far).

The standard of the services was quite good.
It is in a centralised place, close to supermarkets, souvenirshops and restourants.
The most important thing for me was a frige in the room, this was not available in all rooms.
