Main reason for choosing The Westin Toronto Airport: Location

Overall it was fine... and it was great to be so close to the airport and with a nearby shuttle from which I walked to your hotel.
I did not have any shampoo in my room. I was shocked at the cost of a 20 min telephone call to Ottawa. I'm sure the Hotel has an EXCELLENT phone plan and you must be making several hundred% profit on that! When people are away from home on business, being able to call home at a reasonable cost is a gift you can easily afford to give!! Don't make profit off of us like that! Please be sure to pass this message on and let me know your response please.
