The staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
Parking is expensive. We opted to park our car elsewhere.

Loved how it was so close to the eaton Center and Nathan Phillips square!

Even though the technician arrived late I. The day while we were resting in our room, I appreciated the fact that the cleaning staff had notified the engineer that I e of our lights wasn’t working, rather than our having to call.

Very accommodating staff. Nicely appointed bathroom. Very clean.
Restaurant very good.
One phone in the suite did not have a dial tone, and could not be used for outside calls. We notified the front desk but the problem was not cleared up during our stay.
