All employees we dealt with were accommodating and helpful. The employees made the stay very enjoyable.
I thought the separate charge for wifi was ridiculous.

The folks at the front desk were awesome as was the manager at the the Epic restaurant
We thought that some of the staff at the Library Club were a little bit unfriendly but overall the service was quite good there too

Hotel was close and within walking of the theatre district, many restaurants,and shopping. Enjoyed our stay.
Only problem I had was using a $100. gift card. Staff had difficulty trying to process it both in the restaurant and in the gift shop.

Central location to everything
I had a gift card for the Fairmount group and could not use it toward the rental because I had prepaid with my visa. it would have been nice to know that before I purchased the gift card.
