Amazing experience from the start! Greetings at the front as I pulled up from valet service, super friendly front desk staff are awesome! Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner is an easy 5/5 not to mention top notch room service! Bar and lounge area was very relaxing a very good environment to wind down from a long day! Rooms were very clean 5/5, exceptional house keeping staff! I'd highly recommend The Weston Trillium House to absolutely anyone looking for a 5 star experience!

Our compliments to the Front Desk staff. We were taking ViaRail to Vancouver and the train was late. Front Desk allowed us a late checkout as well as giving us a card key to the health spas just in case we wanted to freshen up after checking out but before leaving for the station. Very nice touch!!!

I have always loved your hotel, to be sure, and it did not disappoint--in particular I loved my room and its amenities! 9-130; this sounds silly but such touches as the electric kettle make a huge difference, at least to me! Your longstanding bartenders at the Library Bar were as congenial as always as well.
I mentioned this to somebody but you are having some significant problems with the elevators stopping randomly on specific floors and just NOT starting up again--twice I had to abandon the elevator for the stairs, and one time I wasn't alone--there were two other very disgruntled guests who were lugging a giant cooler and were not happy. I'd see to the elevator issues. I also thought the signage on some floors was confusing--getting from the MM level to the lobby seemed slightly less easy than in years past, perhaps because of the construction...? But the ELEVATOR was a problem
