It was nice to return to my room and discover a bottle of water and some chocolates - nice touch.
I was wishing that there was a face cloth for my use. If there was such an item available for my use, it was not on obvious display. I know at many European hotels, a face cloth is not provided but I was surprised that the best hotel in Toronto did not.

Ordered room service twice: staff and food were very good both times.
Although the room was great, it was very far away from the elevator. A good, long hike each time.

Hospitality and service was excellent! Amenities and available shops in lower mall were very nice.
Would have liked to have enjoyed and seen lobby, but due to updating and remodeling, it was un accessible.

Staff was extremely helpful.
Initial staff member did not explain that $100.00 per day was withdrawn from Visa to cover "possible" additional expenses. Visa called me to report "unusual" activity on card. Took two hours to rectify,
Server in hotel restaurant overcharged our party of four and further corrected the blatant error.

Location and friendly helpful staff
Lack of floor numbers when using the stairs - the floors do not build numerically - Floor 2 was up on about the 6th floor
