Main reason for choosing Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Toronto: 名誉
The location, the professional and courteous staff, the room was excellent meaning size and cleanliness
We checked in late and were very hungry and neither the restaurant or the bar was open to at least serve us even a light snack but due to the hotel being near lots of eating places it was not a problem we did not mind going out but for others that might be a problem.

The staff there is the best.
The mattress was terrible and the ceiling all flaky and previously damaged.

I like the location and the staff were very quick to change my room when I complained about the noise of the plant outside on level 3. they very quickly moved me up to Level 9.I
I found some of the reception staff a little offhand and dismissive. Nothing too serious just a bit casual when I asked questions relating to the computers and the computer for printing boarding passes - they brushed me off - when I wanted to know the password for the boarding pass computer and just said "I don't know" without advising me who to talk to.

Location is great. Very central
Room had weird set up. Tub and toilet in one room, sink beside the closet on the other side of the room.
