Our room attendant was excellent. My wife was sick and made quite a mess which she cleaned up very cheerfully. We were pleased.

Comfortable home away from home

I particularly enjoy the location of the Chelsea Hotel. WHenever I have the opportunity to visit Toronto I do not hesitate to plan my stay at the Chelsea Hotel. MY oldest grandchild is now 27yrs old and we have been booking at the Chelsea since she was 10yrs.old. She was so excited to tell the lady at the registration desk that her name is actually Chelsea!! The swimming pool, the games room all suitable for family fun. Also the market garden restaurant so convenient, and the children have fun choosing what they feel like eating, the set up is fabulous. The staff are most helpful in every situation.

Very professional check-in personnel at front desk- resolved all questions and issues immediately. Friendly and welcoming. Great reception.

Enjoyed our stay , we have stayed here before and usually return when in Toronto

Rugs and décor beginning to get out dated and 27 floor bar was closed 8 pm on a Saturday night??

This is an older property.....the picky stuff: carpet needs replacing, construction all around.......etc. The great stuff.....the people have been there for a while. They all have a very customer positive attitude! And of course.....I'll be back!
