The hotel's location is perfect.The view of the old city is outstanding.
My wife has mobility problems and it was not easy to enter the hotel. The turning door should be replaced with two regular doors. The parking area was very steep.

Slept so well thanks to quiet room, comfy bed and excellent shutters. Staff were very kind and helpful. Comfortable, modern and everything worked. Free Mini-bar was great too! Thanks.

We liked the location, as this section of the city, but very well connected to it with a constant bus service every hour from morning until 22:00, and this can be more relaxed. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated, overlooking the city of Toledo and very clean. Breakfast is very good, served in the small restaurant, with views.
We did not like much of the hotel, which has no bar, and you can not take a drink if you're waiting for dinner, it's missing some good atmosphere. and the night of 31 left the bag of grapes on the bed, could have the grapes with a nice little tray, in order better prepared, are a bit bland in general.

The location is excellent outside town but with an excellent view to the town. There is a quick public bus every hour to town centre and a taxi is only €5. it is a very good alternative to staing in town with very narrow streets and no parking facilities.
The location, the kind atmosphere. service is good.
The restaurant is too expensive but service is good.
