We loved the friendliness of the people!!!!It was a wonderful stay.

En ouvrant la porte de chambre il y a une odeur forte . Probablement de nettoyant a tapis . Dommage qu'Il y est du tapis dans les chambres . C'est difficile pour les personne asthmatique .

I enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast.It was also nice having a decent size fridge in the room.

There could have been more seating and tables in the breakfast area.

I love the renovations done to the lobby area. The location is ideal for what we need.

Staff were very friendly. Close to the outlets. Bed was comfortable.

Room was a little small. We are used to larger rooms. Not enough room for luggage and parcels.

We went to bike week in Laconia

Our room was not ready when we arrived. we arrived early in the day aronud 11 am and were advised the room would be ready at 1:30 but check in was actually 3:00. We returned to the hotel around 4:45 and the room was not ready. The reason being one of the housekeeping staff had walked out. While I understand I was tired and hot and needed to relax. Once they had completed cleaning the room the bathroom was not thouroughly cleaned. Upon going to bed my pillow smelled of smoke so badly I woke up stuffed up and unrested. I should have gone to the desk. However when I went to the desk for the next night the night manager gave me a "new" pillow that reaked of smoke as well. They did not have any others available. When checking out first thing in the morning I was asked how everything was. I said that we would not be staying again and wasn't that pleased. He said ok thank you.
