Ground floor according to my wish list, great front desk experience, convenient parking, but the drink/vending machine was not working by our room (I think we were in 101 or 103 but the front desk gave me a bottle of water for which I am grateful (Thank you, Jennifer (name?) All went well except my husband may have forgotten his high blood pressure pills there. We were able to get a refill in Kenora so eventually his mistake was not a hassle. This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and every time it has been comfortable. Will be back next year I hope!

It was nice to be across hall from pool &Ito also be on first floor but the noise of kids running up &a down hall & yelling till all hours of the nite dis definitely make it hard to sleep especially trying to put a 2 year old to sleep in a strange place & bed.
Well after calling front desk on Saturday evening things did greatly improve guess should have let you know earlier as to what was happening but didn't think I would be only one to complain. Anyways that is all.

Easy access on the first floor
I did not like that you can hear everything in the next room, hallways, water/showers running in the next room. Kids playing in the hallway.
