The staff at the front desk were wonderful. we travel alot & this is one of the best front desk we have ever met.They were so helpful & courteous. our room was also cleaned very well. we wish your hotel all the very best Best wishes to you all.

-Cordial trato del personal y siempre dispuesto a darnos eficientes y amables explicaciones para que llegáramos a los destinos requeridos.Sobre este punto queremos mencionar a la Srta. Julie que fue muy amable y colaboradora con nosotros.

NOTAMOS EL ESFUERZO POR SERVIR DE LA MEJOR FORMA A LOS HUÉSPEDES, LO QUE ES SUMAMENTE VALORADO POR LOS MISMOS.
-Consideramos que sería muy útil y muy bien recibido,sobre todo por los huéspedes "seniors", que hubiera una persona en la tarea de recoger las maletas cuando se llega al hotel y cuando se parte. Por más que exista un carro especial para llevar las maletas a la habitación y de la habitación al auto, para los "seniors" resulta una tarea incómoda y fatigosa.
