Main reason for choosing Hampton Inn Kansas City-Airport: Location
Close to MCI.
The poor clerk on duty was totally overwhelmed. Seems the job one require at least two people. Hampton usually has snack bags for those leaving early in the morning, but such was not available. Our stay was fine but definitely understaffed.

The person in charge of the breakfasts did an outstanding job. She was very pleasant and helpful, an outstanding employee. The gentleman who drove the shuttle back to the airport Monday noon also was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here in the future.
