Great location for the Bucs game!
One of the mattresses in our room needs to be replaced. It had a large dip in the mattress making it hard to sleep.

The room was very nice
The clerk was rude and didn't know when the shuttle would be avail. Also wouldn't let us check in early. The clerk that was working that morning needs customer service traning...Very RUDE!!
