Everything but two things really stick out in my mind. One is the security you have and second is the cleanliness. It was a great stay and your lobby bar was awesome too.

Friendly staff all around. I live the convince after a long flight from Seattle to just check in right in the airport, get a great night sleep, pick up car in the morning and start my business. Same with going home. I check in the night before, drop off car, had a fabulous dinner in the lobby then retreated to my room. Beautiful Christmas decorations in lobby.
Not this trip or NY last one in March.

I was very impressed that a Bellman came to my room and helped me get all the way to check in for my airline. What a HUGE help that was. The Bellman was friendly, polite and informative.

Through the storm, with limited staff, they did a great job.
They relaxed their rule of no pets during the storm which was great. Some irresponsible pet owners did not clean up after their pet.

The front desk was fantastic and help us with our airline check in and how to get to the airport. This is the best place to stay when traveling
