Convenient, newly built, staff was very welcoming.
Mattress had huge stain along the side of the first bed in room 314

Limited hot water in the shower the second morning of my stay.

Clean, easy access to airport with shuttle bus. Pleasant restaurant staff with good choice of food on the Friday evening. Very nice pool area. Good business centre to check in/ print boarding cards
I found reception staff rather off hand. Had to keep coming to ask about things not told I.e. How to access internet. Marked contrast to restaurant staff who were very pleasant and helpful. Fridge very noisy in room. Did not realise that restaurant not open Sat lunch(flight leaving Sat evening) . Had checked out of room so no access to microwave to heat anything from shop. Left earlier than planned so could eat at airport.

Its location. The room we were assigned to was more than we expected...it facilities were excellent.
The dinner menu could be improved.........more diversity and plain standard stuff, like NY Steak, would be nice.....after a tiring drive.

First class hotel, friendly staff, cleanliness is outstanding, rooms are very comfortable.
Lack of parking. Sharing a garage with airport parking is a complete minus. Alcoholic drinks seems a little pricey.
