We enjoyed our stay and would love to reserve for 2020
Our sliding door window was foggy and the deck not safe to sit on. Hope they make repairs one these two things. Otherwise we loved our stay

INSPECTED ROOM PRIOR TO CHECK IN,SETTLED ON A NICE RENOVATED ROOM JUST FEET AWAY FROM THE WATERFRONT AND DECK WHERE WE ENJOYED THE GREAT WEATHER.
AFTERWARDS A 2 MINUTE WALK AND WE WERE HAD A NICE DINNER AT THE BAHAMA BREEZE RIGHT NEXT DOOR.
STAFF WAS GREAT STEERING US AWAY FROM THE UNRENOVATED ROOMS WHICH WOULD HAVE GREATLY AFFECTED OUR EXPERIENCE HERE.

I was a great location for leaving on a cruise the next day. The shuttles both way worked well. The property is not fancy but clean and more then adequate.

Liked the location, breakfast, transportation from airport & port.
We had issues with the cleanliness of the room, & the bedding on pull out sofa , thought I was getting a room with a king & 2 doubles, but got 2 kings.....so sleeping was cramped

Location was very convenient for me. The staff was wonderful. The facility is a little old, but well maintained. I only had one problem with the room and when I reported it to the desk the problem was resolved immediately.

I was having surgery at the Laser Spine Institute they staff where very accommodating. They even switched a room out so that I wouldn't have to walk up any stairs. The continental breakfast saved us a lot of money over a weeks stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I had asked for additional pillows so I could elevate my legs following back surgery and they never arrived. We called the front desk again and they told us they didn't have any more pillows available so my son had to go and get a large blanket.
