Concierge parking, Delightful staff, benches under the trees.
No.The floor under the desk !(1417) was soaking wet. I didn't discover this until I was leaving. I think it was from the air conditioner in the adjoining room.

Cleanliness took a small hit due to the construction in the front, but the rest was good.

The staff is wonderful. Very welcoming, cheerful and helpful.
The rooms are in need of maintenance. I have stayed at this hotel three times and have seen a decline over the past year. Wallpaper is curling on the walls, the toilet barely flushed, carpet was wrinkled and stained. I ordered room service and the food arrived promptly and hot, but without a napkin and silverware.
