Checking in.
My girlfriend and I were thrown out of the hotel at 4:30am on the morning after Halloween because of another unruly guest/friend was being obnoxious and would not stop knocking on our door and making noise. This was all out of our control and I explained it thoroughly to the supervisor on duty. I felt like the situation was handled to its very worst. The management needs to go through a training course on how to deal with this situation. Very displeased with the whole experience.
