Great stay for attending an event at the Dome.

Convenient location Comfortable bed

The room was very nice and the staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly.

The valet service ran my vehicle into the valet desk while parking my car at checkout. Scratching the front quarter panel down to the metal. Then the valet person who damaged my car seemed very nonchalant and I feel like if I didn't actually see the incident they would have tried to cover it up. The other valet was very helpful and assisted me with filling out the incident report while the offending valet gave me a half hearted apology. The morning of our checkout there was a large group of cheerleaders for an event across the street. The starbucks bistro did not have the food I wanted because they did not plan ahead for the group as well as they did not carry the size drink I like (20oz).

The staff were friendly and accommodating to our big crowd.

We had never stayed at the Marriott and did not know that the valet parking costs so much. Since the hotel was undergoing construction we assumed that the valet parking was a courtesy service. When we checked in we were told that the breakfast in the morning was buffet style and the hours that it was served. My husband decided to go down for breakfast Saturday to allow my daughter and I to sleep in (he is an early riser). After he ate he was presented with a bill for $11. We were not told that the breakfast was an additional charge when we checked in. We are used to staying at Comfort Inn and Suites where the breakfast is always included. Since my husband follows a gluten free diet he did not feel that there was $11 worth of food from him to eat. It just seemed like there were "hidden" costs (or atleast not advertised costs).

Very clean, nice big room.

The parking is expensive. For the price of the room breakfast should have been included.

Be nice to have some soft bed pillows too

Everything: the room size, the beds and mattress quality, the bathroom, the foyer with fire and coffee pot; the computer access free of charge... All of it!!!! Also, the friendly attitude the staff display at all times!
