Location, size of the room and value!
Only thing was I needed t send a package back to nyc because I was at a conference and squired some things I couldn't take on the plane.
I was looking for a ups store and was told closet one was 5 mikes away. I had a plane to catch
Walked around the corner to get coffee and ups store was a few feet away.
Front desk could be more aware of conveniences. Otherwise
They were outstanding! I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you!

The beach access was excellent considering our hotel was across the street.
There was someone smoking in the room next door, but the hotel staff dealt with it quickly and we only smelled it for a short time.
