Comfortable bed, nice heated floor in the bathroom.
It felt like a maze to find the room, dull interiors, old elevators, the rooms did not like the picture, dish on every table at breakfast, unhelpful what was ordering food in 2205, 5 min after the kitchen closed, missing parts out of the promised duschsettet (shampoo). was a 4 year old first magazine that was read aldeles broken, stained bed sheets.

By coincidence, my first hotel stay in Sundsvall at First Hotel Beach & with one exception, it has remained so. Nice, cozy, feels almost like home. Prettiest is "kabyssrummen".
Too bad that the restaurant is not always open.
