Väldigt trevlig receptionist! Så himla fint hotell, bra rum, bekvämt, bra läge. Kul med bra restaurant/pub i samma byggnad.
Jag har bott på Knaust förut och då älskat frukosten.
Denna gång blev jag dessvärre lite besviken. Plättarna var inte goda,jag fick fråga om flera saker, engelsk morgontidning fanns inte att få tag på varken dagens eller gårdagens.
Det var självklart fortfarande en hög standard men den hade blivit sämre. Personalen var svårtillgänglig.
