We enjoyed everything about the DeBary Inn. The room was huge and although on the street side, very quiet. Breakfast was very nice (great coffee), and the staff was outstanding!

The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the location near downtown Summit and the train station is great. A plus was meeting co-owner Jim Cramer. His personal warmth is exceeded only by his knowledge of stocks and markets.

Free guest pass to the YMCA was a great feature. They were accommodating to my very late-night arrival. Room was clean and neat, although layout was small and a little awkward in my room. My sister's room seemed much better.

There was no breakfast served either day. The first day, I had told the staff person I'd help myself, but the other guest was up and looking for coffee. I had to rescue her from drinking the cold coffee in the thermos that I knew was from the day before. And even though I helped myself, I had a hard time finding bowls, silverware, etc., which shouldn't have been the case! The 2nd day, I told the same staff person that my sister and her partner would want at least coffee and maybe light breakfast. He showed up late, and then never provided them anything! Dining room area was also not very clean. Service was just terrible!! Also, during the night on my 2nd night, the CO2 alarm in my room went off twice because the battery was dying. I had unplugged the 1st time, but then it went off an hour or so later b/c I hadn't removed the battery. An unecessary disturbance!.
