Staff was very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast arrangementkls excellent.
I was surprised to learn I had to pay an additional $10 to park my car in the outdoor parking lot.

Location. Not much competition in this area.
Very noisy restaurant. Can't carry on a conversation. Plumbing ancient. Toilet seat suitable for small child. Toilets use quantities of water. Update throughout needed.

We were in room 214 which has to be the crappiest room in the hotel. Overlooking the rusted air-conditioners on top of the canopy over the front of the hotel. When the air conditioners started up, their loud noise woke us every few hours all night. 2 beds, 1 chair. Not very "Grand" at the Summit Hotel. The only positive was that the hotel was walking distance to downtown Summit which was very charming. If we ever were to stay there again, we would make sure we had a much better room. There could not be a worse one

The location was perfect for us - that is the reason we chose it - also knew it by reputation
We found it quite dated, but clean. We needed to leave before 6AM to get to the airport so missed breakfast - our fault, not theirs. 6AM is reasonable.

The breakfast and the strawberries in the evening!
Overpriced for the room. Torn curtain, dim lighting although the bathroom was recently remodeled and nice. Terrible elevator...slow and old, lifted linoleum on the floor.
