The professional staff and friendly atmosphere

Just the booking agent. I made a mistake on line for two nights when i just wanted one and they were not able to correct it.

Hotel was nice. We had no issues.

Our room had a shower only, no tub.

The Inn was very close to where we were meeting and it was handy to get into and out of.

Location was good and close to attractions in that town.

Very poor surveillance. Hallway chatter at 3am call front desk and no one answers. Pool hours were until 10 but there were kids in it until midnight. Kids had a bonfire in the parking lot. Very lacking in rule reinforcement to respect the comfort of guests who need to rest.
