The location was perfect for access to theatre and downtown. The size of the suite was excellent. It was well-appointed and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water the first night of our stay. I was provided an explanation and assured the problem was being addressed. By morning, there was hot water.

Staff are great, rooms are quiet and have everything I need. Had an issue with the Keurig and despite it being a late hour the staff managed to replace it and did it with very pleasant demeanour.
