The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was in a great location, the room was comfortable, nicely appointed and very clean.
The room was very hot but there did not seem a way of reducing the temperature. Luckily, the windows opened but this made it noisy due to the nightly revellers!

That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. To come unfriendly staff, location in a unsafe area with public transportation and no way to Miami. The only option was an expensive taxi or bus, which is however more than 2 hours on the road.

The hotel staff was very friendly from the reception to the staff room. The breakfast was-not only by French standards - very good. Everything was fresh and nicely presented. The selection was ok. A highly recommended hotel.
