How helpful the staff was with my logistics for the marathon. The shuttle drivers and front desk were especially great during my whole stay.

The convenience to the ski slopes and great restaurants.
Service in The Cabin was slow and inefficient. Maids didn't check that supplies in the bathroom were always filled.

The staff was incredibly and very helpful and had great attitudes.
The only negative was there was no place to buy incidentals or grab a quick cup of coffee. The shop at the hotel was closed 85 per cent of the time.
