The young lady at the front desk is amazing. Very friendly and made us feel at home. Very convenient location.The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. My husband forgot his jacket in the closet of rooom 22. We we called a few times after hours and it was located. We called a 3rd time and we were told another company would call us and would gather our information for return.
We we left Thursday and as of today Sunday we have not received a call.
Construction noise woke us up at 7:30 am which was a problem .I was sick and awake most of the night and I really needed to sleep in.

Pretty small room, but that was anticipated.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy and efficient.
Our room was located off of an alley next to a loud bar. Sleep was quite difficult until the bar closed and music stopped. The hot tub was convenient and well stocked with towels but water was luke warm with no visible way to increase heat. The front desk receptionist told us she had heard this from other patrons previously.
