The room was nice--comfortable and accessible.
Quite a bit. The pass-through doors in connected units are paper-thin, and transfer every sound. Those should be insulated against sound. The entry door (206A) was out of alignment, and hit at the upper corner. The abandoned tennis courts are sad looking, as was the view from our room facing south. We were hit with an additional charge at check-out that should have been included at check-in, not as a surprise.

The kids liked the room, the activity center, and the pool. We liked the pool, hot tub and the rooms.
The exercise room was being renovated and was not available
