The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean.
Yes, we are not big fans of the small & stiff pillows. Softer larger ones make for a better night sleep for us. More soap (one bar for shower and at least one for the sink over and above the face bar would be nice too.

Location was good, price was good, loved that you had 2 queen beds as opposed to 2 doubles--that sealed the deal for us as we had 4 people in our room. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
