Thin walls, thinner floors. Could hear walking from floor above and the bathroom was like a speaker for the conversations and television next door.

The pool was nice, quiet and fun. The room and beds were comfy. Hotel was quiet.
Lone nighttime desk staff not adequate to handle check-ins. Staff left desk for more than 1/2 hour to deal with guest room problem, leaving us stranded at check-in time!! Lost customers because they simply got tired of waiting.
Bathroom ventilation was not adequate - shower steamed up the whole room!

There were 2 queen beds and we still had ample room to move around. Everything was very nice and clean. The front desk staff was WONDERFUL and helped me several times.
