Nice hotel. I was there two nights. I wondered why the maid service did not make the bed. I did not expect fresh linens. Everything was fine. I was just surprised.

The morning clerk on duty was very professional and courteous, the Breakfast was very appealing, and the dining area clean.

Yes! We came in at about 5 p.m. I think... and we get all our bags out of the vehicle and put on the dolly, get inside and looked for an elevator, our room was on the 2nd floor, and to our surprise no elevator... a lot of bags! So, I start up the stairs to get to our room and the lady behind the counter says they would try to get us a room at floor level, which they did, in the meantime I am still at the top of the stairs and when she said they did have a room on ground level I start down the stairs and came very close to falling... bruised the bone in my wrist, and bumped my knee pretty hard... and even though they got us a room on ground level they were not very hospitable. Not sure if you have had any complaints before about no elevator, but this was really over the top, I can't see an Older couple going up and down stairs several times depending on their stay...

The front desk staff...especially Paige....was awesome

The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very clean.

Would have liked something other than biscuits and gravy along with the waffles.

Pool area and gym, staff was friendly room was average

Pillows were terribly small and soft. weekend night time noise was loud on occasion.

The woman who checked us in was very considerate in getting us a first floor room to accomodate my 81 year old mother. The evening clerk was also willing (and did so)to directly address the party goers on Saturday night.

You rented out at least two rooms to about 10 young people who used the back door as access for smoking, left their own doors open to keep their music in the hallway. The advertisement about getting a free night for booking two nights was still up. I was excited to think that I might get a free night sometime but then I found out the ad was outdated. When I talked to the clerk, she just said they keep it up until a new ad comes to them. I think that you should take old offers off the counter as soon as they are no longer available.

Quiet, clean, service was nice.

Key was cancelled before check-out.
