Comfort.
Imparting of information could have been better. i.e. hire car change of delivery time not notified to me. I lost a lot of time waiting.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, (my wife and I had our grandson 15 months old).
Lovely food in the restaurant and the pool and facilities were 1st class.
Room was very clean and spacious.
When I revisit Geurnsey I will definatly use the St Pierre Park..

Amenities: Spa Area & Location
90% of the personnel from the Eastern European region. As expected in an English hotel that the staff is also from this country. Hotel needs for a 4 star hotel will be renovated again / carpets in the room, shaking tables in the breakfast area)

Satisfactory on all material points.
At the récetption person does not speak or understand French during three days of our presence. This is not normal in a hotel of very good quality, however some members of the catering service properly mastered French.
