I was not bothered by any noise or any unwanted visitors Ona security was great

Not many smoking rooms it was hot in the room couldn't turn on the Ac

Distance to my weekend work site was under 4 miles

Pot holed driveway needs repair. I noticed a broken beer bottle near the entrance when I pulled in. Hours later when I pulled out, it was still there so I removed it myself from the driveway. Other broken bottles (2) were nearby, also on the cement areas, but away from the traffic entrance so I hope that some uper 8 employee would do some clean up and remove them. Some of the staff (late night/ear;y morning shift) seemed incabable of comon courtesy like holding the door open for a customer loaded down with luggage as they relaxed on the sofa near the door. Also I noticed when th phone rang, they would just ignore it and let in ring for 20-30 times if they were talking to a customer. Again, lack of courtesy to the caller.

The staff was very courteous, I felt safe in the parking lot and in the Hotel

The "breakfast" seemed a bit chaotic, running out of coffee, coffee cups, coffee lids, not staffed enough.

We didn't get our wake-up call. Our Room smelled like a wore house perfume bath Had to sleep with the window open. It sounded like kids wrestling in the room above us till late into the night. The place looked like a transient drop for rehabers
