InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront, an IHG Hotel

It was close to everything I was in town for.

The Location

It is not a very welcoming hotel - very cold. Bar is too small.

I had a very pleasurable stay at the Crowne Plaza, the extras in >the room were very appreciated, The staff were extremely attentive and helpful.

I enjoyed the sleep by number bed, >although it seemed to be stuck on the setting and I could not change it, it >was very comfortable, however. There was very loud construction noise,it was as I was leaving in the morning.

I loved the comforters on the beds most hotels use the cheap thin ones. Definetly staying there again next time we go to the Wild game. Great access to the Excel with the skywalk.

The view

The first room we were given was dirty, very dirty. Then the staff said they gave us an upgrade and that obviously was not true! The room was as big as a shoe box. There were dirty dishes on a side table in the hall all day! The hot tub was a huge disappointment ! What a joke. And another lady in the hot tub said she was given three rooms before they got it right..the first had poop in the toilet!! Finally, thank goodness there were complimentary breakfast vouchers because the food was cold and icky and very overpriced. Also having to pay $17.00 to park on top of an incredibly overpriced dirty shoebox of a room was not cool!! We should have stayed at the holiday inn!

The beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very quick at getting a large group of people checked in. The hotel was conveniently located to the Excel energy center where our event was located.

I thought the room was a little high priced for a Sunday night. I didn't like that I had to pay 17 extra dollars to park in their ramp. I thought generally if you stayed at the hotel, you got your parking ticket validated and got to stay in the ramp for free.

We could not park our vehicle in the hotel ramp. We had to use another facility. We got a parking voucher from front desk when we left. When we left the parking ramp and turned the voucher in we had to pay $17.00. I think this should have been discussed upon check-in.

Warum Port of Call ist nicht für vor dem Konzert Crowd und nach konzert leute Jedes Mal, wenn ich dort für ausverkaufte Konzerte waren scheint geradezu unhöflich Gäste, die gerne dort essen oder zu trinken gäbe besetzt.
