Convenient location in downtown St. Paul. Easy and convenient parking
Our rooms were located on the street, and it was extremely noisy!! Didn't quiet down until 2 or 3 am.

I love this place for all the reasons where I clicked on 10 above. I stay here on every trip to St. Paul.
When I went to my room, the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. However, Evan at the front desk was quick to get me another room. He also provided me with coupons for breakfast and a drink for my trouble.

Great downtown location to events and entertainment. Liked having the Liffy Bar and Restaraunt in the hotel. Could purchase a drink from the bar and take it to your room.
I would want to be further away from the elevator, was a little noisy.

Convenience to Excel Center Room was quiet-slept well Room service was great
Parking should be included More places to sit in room other than the bed and one chair.

Even though the hotel was full of families and young girls in town for the Taylor Swift concert, we were not disturbed by noise. Staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean, and convenient to where we needed to be in St. Paul.

Staff was great.
Not that I didn't like but a few suggestions. More towell racks in the bathroom. More counter space Chair in the room, it felt like the desk chair had old srpings.
