I needed to stay an extra night. I had booked online originally but when I asked for another night they told me I would need to book online I said I didn't want to it was cheaper going straight to hotel.

Dinner was a little pricey for 2 chicken pot pies & 1 other dish.
YES.....the kids running up & down the hallway screaming. We had to get up at 4am so went to bed early. My granddaughter woke up at 10pm ready to go tell them to quit but she didn't have a bathrobe. I had ear plugs in but I still could hear those kids. How can the parents allow their children to run around like that in a 4 or 5 star hotel. If we had the time when entering the main lobby I would have complained to you then but our shuttle was waiting for us the next morning. Sure hope others complained.

The waiter in the restaurant was extremely professional and friendly. Can't remember his name but he was of Brazilian descent.
That the hotel shuttle could not take us directly to Alamo to get the car we rented. We had to go back to the airport to catch the Alamo shuttle.

The room was nice. The shuttle to the airport was nice.
The desk staff was rude as was the woman I talked to on the phone. I was also disappointed that they charged us to park while we went on vacation.
