Location was great for my meetings at the Convention Center. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
Room service would have been nice, not necessary, but nice. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim.

We loved the mattresses. Good nights of sleep.
I did not like the sign on the front desk which prohibited guests from entering the hotel with alcohol or food. Not classy like the rest or your facility.

I was able to walk to the statium.
The room was too hot and I was not able to get the room comfortable. Also the room was not that clean and the bathroom was extremely small. Not worth the money I had to spend.

The convenience and location
It was very hot in our room and the fan motor was not working properly, but we we're accomidated with a couple of box fans and all worked out.

Room was very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
I don't think you should have to pay for parking. Should be included in price. Hotel also needs a coffee shop type restaurant.

The suite arrangement, the shuttle service to Busch Stadium.
There was no outlet close to the bed to plug in a cpap machine. Fortunately, I carry an extension cord that reached the outlet behind the tv but I could have tripped over it during the night, if we did not have a flashlight with us.
