The hotel is located in an ideal location for walking to restaurants. It is also close to the park and many museums. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Fantastic water pressure in the shower!
The mattresses are ok but not the most comfortable. The towels were not the softest. Also, our room phone received three solicitation calls in five days from an outside number; we finally unplugged the phone. The staff was baffled by this but promised to look into it.

The room ‘s comfort and convenient access to the hospital. After a stressful day of out patient procedures, it’s a welcome relief to see friendly faces and just sink into a comfortable bed knowing if we have to return there’s access from the hotel.

Everyone is SO nice! And helpful! The breakfast is always yummy!

Great customer service and support had elderly parent and her niece both disability.staff he led with wheel chair and belongings please person came in early that morning to shuttle to barnes hospital for procedure
