The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff made several recommendations for eateries and tours etc. Rooms were quaint and roomy. Excellent location.

We liked how close we were to the downtown core area. The pubs and eateries were all close! Love this spot!!

Good location. Great staff
Unfortunately the locks did not work in our room. Locked out too many times. Promised an upgrade on our next stay.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed
We found it cool in the room and were unable to get it warm, fortunately it wasn't really cold yet.

The location is incredible being right on the waterfront for St. John's. Staff were amazing - always happy to help with anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.
Not that big of a deal, but would have loved if they had a pool and/or hot tub at the hotel.

Love everything about the Murray premises. It's so cozy, the staff are so friendly, the rooms are so clean. I cannot say one bad thing.
