Renovated harbor view room had view of construction scaffolding and workmen outside the window.

Great location to cruise George St. and Water St. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
I had a great view of the beautiful St. John's harbor. Staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to help me.
Might want to spruce up the entrance and add some better signage. Seemed difficult to locate the front door at 2 AM. But once inside this is a great place to stay!!!

The location was very central for exploring the area. Smitty's was very convenient, loved the room overlooking the harbour. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would certainly highly recommend it as a great place to stay

We stayed 3 nights at the beginning and 1 at the end of our two week stay on the island. The room was comfortable and very clean and we were fortunate to have a room overlooking the harbour. The front desk staff were very friendly and most helpful. We also enjoyed having meals at Smitty's. It was convenient and the food very good. It was close to many places of interest and also to the downtown area. We would highly recommend the Courtyard to anyone.

The reception staff were great and very helpful. The bar and restaurante staff were cheeerful and efficient.
Cleaning staff were good too.
