Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites St. Cloud, an IHG Hotel

Excellent facility, great staff, morning buffet was actually worthy of bring called breakfast

When I checked in they didn't have my reservation, Iwhen I made my reservation I picked wrong day, but they still honored it. The manager did whatever she could so that I wouldn't get charged twice.

They had an amazing employee named Nolan, who went above and beyond to help us.

Lower priced hotel but high quality.

Hotel was great. Continental breakfast was fine.

Internet was way to slow.

Very appreciative for the early check in AND the late check out! Staff went over & beyond to accomodate us. Nice pool area, water temperatures were great in both the pool & hot tub! The breakfast bar was much more than you usually get in a hotel. The staff were quick to keep food available. They were, also, quick to apoligize if there was a short delay. Clean,comfortable eating area. The food was good! RJ's Bar & Grill adjacent to the hotel was handy. Food was, unique & exceptionally good!! The service there was awesome! The prices were a bit high. The quality of the food made up for the higher price! Would, definitely, recommend this hotel and RJ's. Also, we were able to bring our 8# Shih Tzu!! Nice pet area with disposal bags & all!! AND were were not charged extra to bring her! Gotta love that!

The only thing we did NOT like: A whole team of youth baseball players arrived. Which is fine. Then they ALL took over the pool area. Throwing plastic balls very hard & noisily! They were shouting and very loud! EVERY adult and family immediately left the pool!! We observed an adult speak with the coaches of these kids about their noise level! Nothing improved- they just continued to drink their beer and allow the youths to continue being loud. Hotel staff could, obviously hear this! Nothing was done to at least keep the boys at a tolerable noise level! My point is...If large groups are allowed, they should be advised to keep the noise to a somewhat tolerabel level for the sake of all the other guests who paid for rooms and the use of the hotel anemities.

Continental breakfast was great. Kids loved the Pool!

Everything, it was conveniently located and had everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
