Despite the inclement weather, our 2-day stay at your hotel was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and always happy to answer our questions. The room was large and spacious, the king-size bed absolutely divine after traveling for 8 hours, and the complimentary high-grade toiletries in the bathroom very nice indeed. We also enjoyed having different newspapers available, especially the Wall Street Journal. We would certainly stay at your hotel again if ever in St. Cloud. Good job indeed! Howard and Karen Lacher

Pool was good. I swim a lot and this was a pleasant experience. Employees of the bar and bar area were professional but friendly.
Getting hot water for tea is always an interesting event. The coffee makers in the room make water tasting like coffee. I did get hot water from the bar area but not till breakfast time.

The ambience was so relaxing. The rooms were so comfortable, nice to have a suite. The staff was fantastic!!

The sleep numer beds are very bad. I have slept on them the last 3 years that I have gone to the seminar. I will not sleep on them next time. I will go somewhere else.
