Staff was friendly, helpful. Breakfast was more than the usual pastries and waffles - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, real china, etc. Room was good size, bedding was comfy, long counter in bathroom.

Good breakfast choices.
It was very loud in the halls and doors were slamming until 4:30am which did not make it very easy to sleep. Try not to put adults in an area where there are hockey teams and other sports teams. The floors to the elevator were very wet and slippery from the swimmers. Seeing that this is a Carlson based place you should be able to have better quality kleenex and toilet paper. The check in person was very confused as I had reserved two rooms, and she had checked my daughter in under my name, and me in under my daughter's name, as we came at different times.

Pool open 24 hours for adults. Nice breakfast. Very quiet.
No refrigerator in room.

All the staff was friendly and helpful, vary accommadating
We enjoyed everything except the mattresses. They were too hard for our liking. I didn't ask if there were options of softer mattresses in other rooms, but if there had been we would have taken it. Maybe make mattress pads an option for those of us with back issues?

Friendly staff. good breakfast selections. good location.
The fact that one day the room was missed being cleaned.
