Excellent service excellent location and friendly concierges. Very friendly hotel. Excellent continental breakfast.

The staff were all very kind, had answers for questions and were smiling and pleasant. The pool was nice and there was a fenced area off of it for basketball etc. for the kids. Ice machine is centrally located and each floor had vending machines for drinks. Snacks were on the main floor. It was great that Perkins was attached to the hotel, we had breakfast there everyday. A little expensive, but that is to be expected from a restaurant attached to a hotel in such a touristy area.
If there is one thing I could suggest, please PLEASE invest in something to stop every door in the place from slamming every time it is opened. I have never stayed in a hotel where I could hear literally every door on the floor closing. I understand it was a busy hockey tournament weekend, and that's great! For business and for the little athletes, but every customer shouldn't be kept awake or simply annoyed because teammates need to visit each other all evening long.

No problems convenient location
It is awkward to find because it is on the opposite side of the Queen E to most motels and because it is tricky to get to

Sauna and pool were great!
Unfortunately, no whirlpool tube.

Staff accommodated me away from the visiting sport teams also staying at the hotel, I am grateful for a quiet restful night

Molto comodo per dove stavamo andando. Le camere molto belle e pulite.
Siamo tornati in albergo dopo il matrimonio che abbiamo raggiunto e la porta sul retro non ha funzionato, come ha detto che sarebbe stato. Abbiamo cercato 3 tasti separati e non ha sbloccarlo.
