The room was almost a nine, the lamps were very loose. The beds were comfortable, no smells in the room. The location was ideal for eating out as we could walk to them. The pier was within walking distance, the staff was friendly, courteous.

It was close to the location of the wedding we attended and the sites at St. Augustine.
Our room was not ready at check-in time, however as soon as we checked in, they made a good effort and had the room ready in 15 to 20 minutes.

The room was clean, the front clerk was amazing in the assistance she provided. The location of this Regency Inn is superb. Right across the street from the ocean makes it my ideal place to stay.
