The bed was comfortable.

The room smelled musty, TV had a strange working system, no TV schedule for channels, wall paper coming loose on walls, toilet paper holder coming off the wall, the refrigerator was rusting on the bottom, the bathroom door was all scuffed up, and the water did not get hot enough in the shower of sink, the sink style is way too high.

The beach was beautiful

Elevator not working, total disrepair. If fixed up this would be one of the better hotels in the area.

The beach was being rejuvienated, the microwave,coffe maker had no outlet to plug into,the TV was not working properly

Absolutely nothing. Frankly, not only should I not have to pay for this stay you should reimburse me. I had planned to stay for 2 nights but left early the first morning because the entire resort was so horrible.

This was the absolue worst place I have ever had the misforune of being exposed to. The check in process took over an hour and there were only 4 people ahead of me. The entire resort was filthy, the room was a disaster. The carpet was damp, there were no blankets on the beds, two of the three lamps didn't work, the TV didn't work,there was no shower curtain in the bath, the toilet rocked and the tiles were broken. And the parking lot flooded!

Grubby. I was afraid to walk on the dirty carpeting without shoes! Trash cans overflowing. Outside doors that did not properly lock, so you felt as if anyone could walk in all nite. I would NEVER stay there again.

The weather was great.

Where do I begin? 1) Neither morning were we able to take a hot shower due to no hot water. 2) There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom with exposed plumbing. 3) You could not access the pool area due to this area open to the public. We could not even get a lounge chair or a space to sit by the pool. 4) We observed maintenance pour liquid clorine into the pool when it was full of people. 5) We had to sign for extra linens and blankets due to only one set in the room. 6)When I complained to the desk clerk I was treated with disrespect, and she raised her voice at me. I informed her that this was not the way to treat your customers and she needed a course in customer services. 7) On check out, there was a young male (25+ in age) who stated several times, "Just let him complain one more time!" I felt that if I complained he was going to jump the counter and attack me based on his verbal and non-verbal behavior. I have to admit that they did give me a $75 discount for the problems I addressed on the first day. Other staff that I asked questions (housekeepers) were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. I would NOT suggest to anyone to book a vacation or holiday at this motel based on their desk and manageral staff.

I booked for the night of 30 to 31 December and charged me the credit card € 54, with the price of the room, on that date, 39 €, such as AI is announced from the same website chain of hotels. Yes, Renee the manager. Very rude! Rooms were NASTY! Blood was on the comforter, mold on the shower curtain, a brick held up my bed. Roaches in the room. I had no cable in the room so when I asked about it, they gave it to me to hook up. The floor was so nasty that we stuck to it. Just nasty. Shower didn't work and tub was nasty. Furniture in all three of the rooms I purchased had stains all over them. The electrical closet was left open. That's a safety hazard! Our stay was AWFUL!.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
